Choosing Your Perfect Wedding Day Destination

Choosing Your Perfect Wedding Day Destination – Ireland

Eloping to Ireland!

Ireland has become such a popular choice for wedding day couples looking for the perfect destination wedding. For any wedding couple who want to keep their wedding day intimate and magical, eloping to Ireland has so much to offer.

Highschool sweethearts Kate and Paul wanted a laid back and intimate wedding day. Eloping to Ireland for a destination wedding with their family and close friends, was a dream come true for them.

Ireland has so many beautiful locations to choose from. Ireland is steeped in historic buildings, ancient ruins and rolling scenery, to create the most amazing wedding day photographs and to make a bride and groom’s wedding day have that WOW factor.

Let’s make that dream come true for a wedding photographer – Let’s make your wedding dreams come true and plan Your destination wedding in Ireland!

After weeks of researching and planning and choosing Perfect Wedding Day Destination – Ireland! Kate and Paul chose the Burren in Co. Clare as their dream destination for their wedding day. The Burren is one of Ireland’s most picturesque locations and boasts a vibrant sense of Irish culture.

They announced the news of their destination wedding to Ireland to their friends and family in a wonderful way:

“We never anticipated having a “traditional” wedding, it just isn’t “us.” When we revealed our not-so-traditional wedding plans, we presented our families with a surprise travel box filled with necessities for travelling to Ireland – an invitation, travel book, map of County Clare, adapters, etc. Since we came up with this plan on our own and surprised them with the news, they were all so excited!”

They chose Inchiquin House in Co. Clare for their wedding day preparations. A gorgeously renovated Georgian Farmhouse created the perfect starting point for their magical wedding day.

For their wedding ceremony, they made their way to Rathborney Church ruins. It was off the beaten path and EXACTLY the type of location that they had always pictured themselves exchanging their wedding day vows.

The ruins of Rathborney Church is a truly magical location and really captures old Ireland in all its glory.
The celebrations continued at Vaughan’s Pub in Kilfenora, County Clare. Paul and Kate really embraced the fact that they were in Ireland and what better way to toast the newlyweds than in a traditional Irish pub.

Kate said

“Driving through the winding roads of the Irish countryside to get to Rathborney Church, followed by a celebration at an Irish pub, then back to the Inchiquin House to celebrate more with our families – we could not have pictured a more perfect day!”
