Tinakilly House Wedding
As a wedding photographer, I spend my weeks travelling all around Ireland and I get to experience so many of the wonderful wedding venues that Ireland has to offer. Most recently, I visited Tinakilly Country House and Gardens and I was really impressed with this stunning venue. I wanted to add this to the many venues that I have highly recommended for my brides and grooms here on my blog.

Wicklow Wedding Venue
If you have always dreamed of having your wedding reception surrounded by old world charm then you HAVE to consider this beautiful 4-star manor house when you are searching for the perfect wedding venue for your wedding day.
A short drive from Dublin, Tinakilly Country House and Gardens has a breath-taking entrance. Old oak trees line the road as you make your way towards the old manor house. Stunning gardens surround the property and this venue is all set to the backdrop of incredible views over the Irish Sea. It’s not often that you get so many options for your wedding day photographs!
Your Wedding Your Way!
After I spend the morning with my beautiful bride, I love to photograph the guests arriving for the ceremony. I watched the wedding guests walk through into Tinakilly’s front hall. It boasts a double high ceiling, a picture-perfect staircase and a baby grand piano which excited so many of the guests.
Here Comes the Bride
The wedding ceremony took place in the Halpin Suite in front of bright and beautiful French
doors which filled the room with natural light. Ideal for your wedding photographs as you become husband and wife!

Picture Perfect Wedding Venue
Traditional family and bridal party portraits are always important on your wedding day and Tinakilly Country House and Gardens have the most spectacular entrance to gather everyone together. Green sculpted hedges and potted plants make their way towards the doorway. Impressive pillars form an archway surrounding the front door and act as a stunning frame for these photographs. But this is just one of the many options you have to choose from at Tinakilly Country House and Gardens.
Mr and Mrs!
For the bride and groom’s photoshoot, Tinakilly Country House and Gardens is a wedding photographer’s dream destination! The sculpted gardens, pathways, stone steps and woodlands all offer wonderful locations for the bride and groom to share a few moments alone together that are picture-perfect.
Eat, Drink and Be Merry!
Tinakilly Country House and Gardens boast a new luxurious ‘Great Eastern’ Pavilion to host your wedding guests for dinner and dancing. Beautiful chandeliers hang in the middle of flowing drapery that dress the room from ceiling to floor. Fairy lights twinkle across the room and the views from this side of the estate are of the Irish Sea.
As the sun sets the room glows with golden lights and there is a wonderful intimacy in this space as the party continues on your wedding night.
After dark there are some fantastic ideas for your wedding photographs if you have the right venue. Tinakilly Country House and Gardens has a walk way that is lined in outdoor lights that allows for a lovely moment to be captured of the bride and groom.
